Joe Levin has invested in multifamily and commercial real estate since 1989.  He has acquired an impressive portfolio of multifamily investments achieving substantial investment returns.    He is the Managing Member of JLA Properties Group, LLC a commercial real estate investment and management company.  His experience includes acquisition, disposition, valuation, property management, financing, renovation, syndication, and asset management.

Mr. Levin is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington.  From 2003 to 2020, he was Senior Vice President of Multifamily Investments with Colliers International in Seattle. He represented owners, investors, and developers in the sale of over $900 million in multifamily and commercial real estate transactions. Previously, he was employed seventeen years in enterprise software with start-up to emerging companies in sales and management roles where he received numerous awards. 

He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing.
